Order
You can order online via this website adding to Cart the product you like. Follow the instruction in the Cart page to submit your order.
You can also visit our showroom and place your order with our experienced staff.
For orders amounting to $300 and below - We will accept Full Payment upon delivery: Cash, Credit Cards or proof of Bank Transfer.
For orders amounting to $300 and above – The standard 50% down payment will be required to confirm your order and the balance amount to be paid upon delivery.
Payment methods
You can pay your goods in Cash, via Credit Cards or Bank Transfer.
Cash Basis will be in USD or equivalent Myanmar Kyats or EUR.
PICCOLO design accepts major Credit Cards, but the transaction will be done in Myanmar Kyats.
Your bank might apply a conversion fee.
Get in touch with us for payment via Bank Transfer.
Delivery
PICCOLO design delivers in Myanmar only. A nominal fee will be charged for delivery depending on location and quantity. Feel free to inquire upon making your order.
The delivery fee in Yangon city's main township is 10$. Free delivery for orders over 500$.
The delivery in Hlaingtharya, Shwepythar, Dagon Myothit, Thaketa, and Dawbon Township is 15$
Timing
Goods will be produced and delivered between 3 to 6 weeks.
Goods condition
Upon delivery, remember to check the condition of the goods. We don't accept returned goods after the delivery team has left the premises.
Remarks
Please check the sizes of the items before ordering.
Be aware that our Hand Made products are really hand made so that they might differ from the given sizes of a few centimeters.
The photographs of our website are for illustrative purpose only. The real colors and texture may differ from the pictures.
Discount Policy
The discounts are as follow:
$0 ≶ $1.499 none
$1.500 ≶ $2.999 -3%
$3.000 ≶ $5.999 -5%
$6.000 ≶ $9.999 -10%
> $10.000 -15%
PICCOLOdesign Discount is applicable only to a single order (none cumulative).
Discount does not apply to items already on discount or promotion.
